At Broadacres, we believe the best way to improve our services is by listening to the people who use them.
That’s why we’re inviting customers to join our Customer Network – a group of customers who share their views, ideas and experiences to help shape the services we provide.
Whether it’s reviewing communications, providing feedback on new initiatives, taking part in surveys or helping us understand what’s working well and where we can improve, Customer Network members play an important role in influencing decisions across the organisation.
You don’t need any special experience or qualifications to get involved. We’re looking for customers from a variety of backgrounds, locations and experiences who are willing to share their honest opinions and help make a difference.

A once tired outdoor area at one of our Scarborough schemes has been transformed into a welcoming garden thanks to the efforts of customers, family members and Broadacres colleagues.
Applications are now open for Broadacres' new Community & Sustainability Fund. Grants of up to £500 are available to support projects that bring people together, strengthen communities and improve the environment across North Yorkshire.
