Your Voice Matters: Join the Broadacres Customer Network

At Broadacres, we believe the best way to improve our services is by listening to the people who use them.

That’s why we’re inviting customers to join our Customer Network – a group of customers who share their views, ideas and experiences to help shape the services we provide.

Whether it’s reviewing communications, providing feedback on new initiatives, taking part in surveys or helping us understand what’s working well and where we can improve, Customer Network members play an important role in influencing decisions across the organisation.

You don’t need any special experience or qualifications to get involved. We’re looking for customers from a variety of backgrounds, locations and experiences who are willing to share their honest opinions and help make a difference.

Getting involved can be as little or as much as you like. Opportunities include:

  • Completing surveys and questionnaires
  • Taking part in online discussions
  • Joining focus groups and consultation activities
  • Reviewing customer communications
  • Sharing ideas to help improve services

By joining the Customer Network, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Help influence decisions that affect customers
  • Make sure customer voices are heard
  • Learn more out how Broadacres operates
  • Meet and work with other customers and colleagues
  • Play a part in improving services for everyone

As a thank you for their involvement, Customer Network members are entered into a prize draw every six months.

Customer feedback has already helped shape services across Broadacres, and we’re committed to ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

If you’d like to get involved and help make a difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you.
