What is sheltered housing
Sheltered housing is purpose-built rented accommodation for people aged 55 and over who wish to have their own front door, but also have the comfort of knowing that professionally trained staff are on hand 24-hours-a-day should they require any support.
We have sheltered housing schemes in the Northallerton and Romanby in North Yorkshire, and we allocate these properties to people with particular support or health needs.
