The panel is made up of valued customers who represent the diverse voices within the communities we serve. The panel has a pivotal role in ensuring our services strive to meet the highest standards. They do this by scrutinising key business intel and information and carrying out customer led reviews into our services. By working together, we ensure we constantly strive to become the “best rural housing association in the country”.

Our panel meets bi-monthly with our leadership team and key colleagues to discuss current performance.
