What is value for money?
Value for Money (VFM) is a concept that we apply daily in our lives. We are constantly choosing which items or services to buy and judging what is the right balance between quality and cost.
Broadacres, as an organisation, is no different. For us, it is about obtaining the maximum benefit with the resources available. It is a way of doing things that underpins everything we do; from performance management to procurement, from business planning to consultation with customers and service delivery.
VFM has long been defined as the relationship between economy, efficiency and effectiveness but is perhaps more easily understood as the relationship between Cost, Quality and Outcomes.
