Experience:
Kate is a highly experienced transformation director, senior marketer, and recognised expert in building customer-centred businesses. She has a combination of housing and retail experience which has drawn on her commitment to customer experience and passion for providing good quality homes and services. Kate first entered the housing sector in 2008 and has over 12 years’ experience as an executive leader and non-executive director of various housing associations, and is currently Chief Executive of Gateway Housing, a community-based organisation in the East End of London.
