The Group operates a co-terminous board structure, governed by a co-terminous board policy to manage conflicts of interest if they arise.
The coterminous board comprises 11 non-executive board members. There are no executive members on the board.

The Group Customer Experience Committee ensure we put customers at the heart of everything we do and is responsible for promoting customer experience on all services and overseeing compliance with the consumer standards.
The committee has up to four board members, two independent committee members and three customer committee members.
