Benefits include the ability to choose your own repair appointment time and updating your personal details.

Important: If you already use ‘My Account’ on the Broadacres website you will need to re-register in order to use the new and improved ‘My Account’.

To register you will need the following details:

  • Your Account number/Tenancy number.
  • Your email address.
  • Your telephone number.
  • Your date of birth.

Your new login details can be used to access the website login AND the smart-phone app!
