We’re pleased to share our 2025/26 Customer Annual Report, highlighting what we’ve achieved over the past year, how we’ve performed and, most importantly, how customer feedback has helped shape our services.
The report reflects another busy year for Broadacres, during which we continued to invest in our homes, support our customers and improve the services we provide. It also shares real stories from customers whose lives have been positively impacted through our housing, support services and customer involvement opportunities.
Some of the highlights from this year’s report include:
The report also explains how customer feedback continues to influence the way we work, from reviewing our repairs service and complaints handling to helping shape our new Property Service Standards. It highlights the valuable contribution made by our Customer Scrutiny Panel, Customer Network and Local Monitors, whose insight helps us improve our services every year.
We’d like to thank everyone who has shared their feedback, completed a survey, joined one of our customer groups or worked with us over the past year. Your views help us continue to improve and deliver services that matter most to our customers.

Broadacres is delivering nine new affordable homes in Skipsea that will give priority to residents whose homes have been, or are at risk of being, lost to coastal erosion. The development is part of East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Changing Coasts East Riding project and will help more local people remain in the communities they call home.
A grant from Broadacres' Community & Sustainability Fund is helping children at Meadowside Academy enjoy new outdoor play equipment that supports physical development, confidence and wellbeing.
