Broadacres has announced that Lee Sugden has been appointed as their Interim Chief Executive and joined Broadacres on Monday 4 August. Helen Simpson, Chair of Broadacres said, “We are delighted to announce that Lee Sugden has joined Broadacres as our Interim Chief Executive. Lee has a strong track record, as an experienced and respected Chief Executive within the sector. We are looking forward to him working with Broadacres Board and Executive Team to continue to deliver our corporate objectives.”
On his appointment Lee said “I am delighted to be joining Broadacres at such an important time for Social Housing. As a resident of Yorkshire, I understand the importance of rural housing and the vital role Broadacres play in North Yorkshire. I am looking forward to meeting customers and colleagues in the coming months as we continue to champion service excellence and deliver much needed new affordable rural homes.”
Completing our refreshed senior leadership team, Andrew McColl recently joined Broadacres as Director of Resources and Michael Jones as the Development and Investment Director. Most recently, Andrew was the Interim CFO and Finance Director at Thirteen Housing Group and Michael joins us from the City of York Council where he was the Assistant Director of Housing.
