Our Customer Experience Committee is really important to us.
It is a formal part of our governance arrangements, and is responsible for ensuring we provide great outcomes and experiences to our customers and ensuring customer insights and feedback help improve the services we provide to our customers.
The Committee has customer members, board members and independent committee members.
As a customer member, you are representing the people who use our services and live in our homes. Customer members bring valuable insights, first hand lived experiences, and local views from the communities in which we serve to help inform our decisions. We are looking to you to act as the collective voice of our customers, and we welcome your challenge.
