Michael Jones

Michael is passionate about affordable housing and North Yorkshire, having been resident here for over 20 years. Michael is responsible for ensuring all Broadacres homes are safe, warm and in good condition. Michael leads our teams who deliver repairs, retrofit, and planned investment, making sure we invest in the right homes at the right times. Michael is accountable for Broadacres performance against the Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards in relation to property health and safety.

Michael has previously worked as the Assistant Director of Housing at City of York Council and as a Development Manager at Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust.
