The latest edition of the Broadacres customer magazine is now available to read online, featuring community stories, customer updates and news from across our neighbourhoods.

This Spring 2026 edition places a particular focus on customer voice and how customer feedback continues to shape services across Broadacres.

Inside this edition, readers can find:

  • The latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures results, including nearly 90% overall satisfaction with Broadacres’ services
  • Updates on new affordable and energy-efficient homes being delivered across North Yorkshire
  • How customer feedback is helping shape services and improve repairs standards
  • The work of the Community Safety Team in tackling anti-social behaviour
  • Stories from local groups supported through the Broadacres Community Development Fund
  • Features highlighting customer involvement and opportunities to help shape services

This edition also includes a welcome message from Chief Executive Claire Townson in her first customer magazine since becoming CEO, where she highlights how customer feedback continues to influence decision making across the organisation.

Broadacres worked with Resource to produce the latest edition using Carbon Balanced Print, supporting the protection and restoration of threatened habitats through the World Land Trust.
