A mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows, providing privacy with access to communal facilities including a restaurant, lounges, landscaped gardens and laundry, and care staff are on site 24-hours-a-day to provide help and support tailored to individual needs and a quick response to any emergencies.

We’ll work with you to ensure that the service you receive is tailored to meet your individual needs and your care will be individually assessed so that you can remain independent for as long as possible.

Broadacres has four extra care schemes, run in partnership with North Yorkshire Council.

These are:

  • Rivendale in Northallerton
  • Kirkwood Hall in Leyburn
  • Town Close in Stokesley
  • The Orchard in Brompton

Rivendale, Northallerton

Rivendale has 51 two bedroomed flats and facilities include a hairdressing salon, a therapy room, a hobby room, assisted bathroom, secure garden, guest room and a restaurant.

Kirkwood Hall, Leyburn

Kirkwood Hall has 7 two bedroom bungalows, 14 studio apartments and 29 two bedroom apartments and facilities include a hairdressing salon, a craft/hobby room, assisted bathroom, lounge, restaurant, and a lovely secure garden with a greenhouse and potting shed.

Town Close, Stokesley

Town Close has 40 flats, a bistro, shared lounge, laundry, assisted bathroom and secure garden. The scheme is part of the local community and members of the public can access the bistro and Stokesley library during the day.

The Orchards, Brompton

The Orchards has 34 flats and 3 two bedroom bungalows with a bistro, shared lounge, laundry, assisted bathroom and secure garden.
