Information about your rent and service charges

Your rent

Your rent is charged each week and paid in advance.

The cost of your rent is set in line with government policy, and we review this each year, taking into account any guidance issued by our regulator.

We will tell you in advance about any changes to your rent.

Service charges

Some customers may also pay a service charge. This pays for the cost of any extra services that you receive and for looking after the shared spaces close to your home, such as communal areas in schemes and communal gardens.

How to pay your rent

We offer lots of ways for you to pay your rent, including direct debit, online, over the phone and at local post offices and PayPoint stores.
