Declaration of interests

In accordance with the NHF Code of Governance 2020, we publish our conflicts of interest register for all board members and committee members annually. For further transparency we include our executive team within this register. The public register is available below.

In addition to this annual process, we require board and committee members to declare any conflicts of interest at the commencement of each meeting, and to submit a new declaration in the event their potential or actual conflicts are subject to change.
