Carbon monoxide safety

We fit carbon monoxide alarms in all homes where the heating appliances may produce carbon monoxide

About carbon monoxide

You cannot see, taste or smell carbon monoxide, but it is extremely dangerous and can be fatal.

If your carbon monoxide alarm sounds:

  • turn off the gas supply
  • open the doors and windows to let fresh air into the room
  • contact us immediately and we will send our engineer to check your appliances
  • contact your GP if you are experiencing any symptoms
