Rechargeable repairs

These are repairs are something we are responsible for but you must pay for

How rechargeable repairs work

Usually you must pay for repairs that are rechargeable before they are ordered. You can get details of the cost of chargeable work by contacting us.

Rechargeable repairs may be:

  • something we are responsible for repairing but damage has been caused by neglect, fault or carelessness of you, your family or visitors
  • calling us out on a night or weekend and we find the fault is not an emergency
  • reporting a fault to your heating or electric and it has been caused because your meter has run out of credit
  • not keeping appointments
  • if you leave a property and repairs are needed to items which were your responsibility, we will charge you for the work.

If you report a repair and we later find out that you should have paid for it, we will send you a bill.
