Broadacres must ensure that your home meets the Government’s Decent Homes guidance.

Our responsibility to you regarding the standard of your home

Broadacres must make sure your home meets the current minimum legal standard.

This means that:

your home does not have any serious hazards which put you at risk
your home is in a reasonable state of repair
key components of your home such as the kitchen or bathroom are reasonably modern
your home is reasonably warm

Broadacres also has a responsibility to keep accurate data regarding the condition of all its homes so that we can report on how well we are meeting these standards.
