Experience:

Tim is an experienced retail leader who spent 10 years working in head office positions in London for retailers including Debenhams and Disney Store. He moved to the North-East in 2009 and is now Managing Director – Retail at the Clinkard Group. Tim is a trustee of Teesside Hospice and has the role of Trading Company Chair.

Personal statement:

Rural North Yorkshire has been a very successful area for Charles Clinkard stores and eCommerce over a number of years.  It is a privilege to have the opportunity to put something back into a community that has supported us so strongly.  Housing is a key need for every person and should be a foundation for a happy life.  I am passionate about helping improve the living experience in rural North Yorkshire through the provision of quality and affordable housing and the delivery of class-leading customer service.
