Getting involved

We are committed to customer led change and ensuring that we place our customers at the heart of our decision making

Getting involved

Why not join our vibrant community of involved customers at Broadacres. Hearing from our customers about their experiences ensures we are constantly monitoring the services we provide to you.

We have several ways in which you can become involved, from joining our customer network and completing one of our digital surveys on a specific topic to joining one of our customer communities where you help drive continuous improvement across the whole organisation.

The Customer Scrutiny Panel

Our dedicated and enthusiastic customer scrutiny panel stands as a cornerstone of our commitment to ensuring we are delivering services that are transparent and are continually improved and designed with customers at the heart of what we do.

The Customer Network

Our customer network is a great way for our customers to get involved in topics they are passionate about. As a network member you can take part in digital surveys or attend an event in person.

Local Monitors

Our local monitors are a vital part of our wider customer engagement commitment. Their vigilance ad dedication in reporting any environmental issues or concerns ensure we can resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure our communities stay clean and tidy.
