We work closely with the mental health teams in Hambleton, Richmondshire, Ryedale and Scarborough and we offer various types of support including supported housing and outreach services
Supported housing provides housing related and other support to help people with mental ill health to maximise and sustain their independence in the community and support them to achieve their rehabilitation and recovery goals.
We can offer packages of outreach support to individuals within their homes and local community enabling them to live as fulfilled and independent a life as possible.
The recovery process for people experiencing mental ill health is greatly enhanced by living in as ordinary an environment as possible. We offer various services and levels of support.
We want to make sure that your communities are secure, peaceful and attractive places to live. This involves partnership working with local councils, the police, our contractors, voluntary agencies and most importantly our customers.
We offer various levels of support to support customers when moving on from mental health services.
We provide mental health support primarily to our residents and customers, including mental health outreach services, supported housing, and community groups, which can indirectly support carers by helping the individual they care for.
