How does outreach work?

We can support you to manage your tenancy in a very similar way to the supported tenancies but at a lower level if needed.

You would have planned visits and support from one of our experienced and trained support workers and they would also be on call within their working hours to respond in a crisis if you needed them.

This service is usually ideal for a person requiring a long term low level housing related support service.

You may already be in one of our tenancies but feel you need this support in the short term due to a life changing event or crisis. This service can be an option for you too as it can be provided for a fixed period with fixed tasks depending on your need.

You may be entitled to help towards the cost of these services depending on the outcome of an individual financial assessment by North Yorkshire Council.
