Home – Find a home – Homes with support
We offer homes with support to a wide range of people who need help to gain, or regain, their independence
Our extra care homes help older and other vulnerable people keep their independence, in their own home with their own front door, safe in the knowledge that someone is on hand if needed. They provide a safe and secure home and social interaction with other residents and members of the local community.
Sheltered housing is purpose-built rented accommodation for people aged 55 and over who wish to have their own front door, but also have the comfort of knowing that professionally trained staff are on hand 24 hours a day should they require any support.
Our women’s refuge provides accommodation and services for single women, and women with children who have been, or who are, affected by domestic abuse. The scheme provides a safe place where they can regain control over their lives by making considered choices for their future, including re-establishing themselves in the community.
We offer supported housing for 16 to 25 year olds and offer tenancy related support to empower and provide the necessary skills to enable customers to move on into independent living and reach their full potential. We offer support in areas such as training, employment and personal development, with the aim of breaking the ‘no home’, ‘no job’, ‘no home’ cycle.
We provide housing related and other support, to help people with mental ill health to maximise and sustain their independence in the community and also support them to achieve their rehabilitation and recovery goals.
We provide supported tenancies within our purpose-built homes, working with other services, our experienced and trained support workers are able to provide a service suitable for the customers needs.
Safeguarding refers to measures taken to protect the health, wellbeing, and the human rights of individuals, particularly children and adults at risk, from harm, abuse, and neglect.
Our policy and procedures are founded on safeguarding principles and the values that govern how the safeguarding adults procedure should be implemented, such as empowerment, protection, prevention, proportionality, partnership and accountability.
We recognise that all children have a right to protection from abuse, and we take seriously our responsibility to protect and safeguard the welfare of children.
