Unlock the potential of your community by tapping into Broadacres Community Development Fund. The fund supports local organisations, groups, and projects with a grant of up to £500
All applications are shared with our Customer Network and customers within our housing schemes. These customers review the applications and vote for their favourites. Grants are only available in areas where Broadacres provides homes.
What happens next?
After voting closes, all votes are combined to rank the successful applications. Grants are awarded from highest to lowest votes. Applications with no votes will receive no funding. If two applications receive the same number of votes, they will receive equal funding.
Funding will be ranked in the following order:
Rank 1-5 = £500
Rank 6 = £350
Rank 9 = £200
How do we share the results?
Applicants will receive an email notification, and payments will be processed within 28 days after bank details have been verified. Our publicist will also be in contact with all successful applicants.
If you are part of our Customer Network or one of our housing schemes, you will also receive an email announcing all winners. The winners will also be featured in our customer magazine!
