Broadacres operates a co-terminous board structure, governed by a co-terminous board policy to manage conflicts of interest if they arise.
The work of the Board is supported by four committees and oversees the work of the Customer Scrutiny Panel.
Broadacres is committed to openness and transparency in its work and decision making. As part of this commitment we collate, on at least an annual basis, potential and actual conflicts of interest of Board and committee members, our executive team and all colleagues.
