Meet the team
Past experience:
Stuart is an experienced ethics, compliance and risk professional whose career has spanned 25 years in the highly regulated energy sector. Stuart is a passionate advocate for corporate responsibility and promoting a culture of ‘doing the right thing’.
Over the last 20 years, Stuart has served on a variety of governmental, regulatory and industry committees and advisory groups. During this time, he was also a member of a fund control committee for National Energy Action, a charity that specialises in campaigning for affordable, warm, safe and healthy homes.
Stuart is currently a trustee of an academy trust, plus a member of the Independent Stakeholder Group for the National Energy System Operator, providing advice and constructive challenge on the strategic direction of the publicly owned entity.
Personal statement:
Having lived and worked in North Yorkshire for over 15 years, it’s a privilege to serve Broadacres in its mission to deliver safe, efficient and affordable homes. I’m excited to be part of a passionate team, with a great vision, that supports the needs of our rural communities.
