Gas safety

About your annual gas service

This takes between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the appliances in your home, and at the end of the service we must give you a copy of the latest safety check record, called a ‘CP12’.

We will write and let you know when the gas safety check will be done. If the date and time suggested is not convenient, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange another appointment.

It is a condition of your tenancy agreement that you allow access for this work to be carried out. If you do not, we will need to take legal action to get access.

Gas leaks

All gas leaks are serious and if you smell gas you should take action immediately.

Please call the gas emergency number on 0800 111 999 as soon as you can.
