Our dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Scrutiny Panel stands as a cornerstone of our commitment to ensuring we are delivering services that are transparent and are continually improved and designed with customers at the heart of what we do.
The panel has a pivotal role in ensuring our services strive to meet the highest standards. They do this by scrutinising key business intel and information and carrying out customer led reviews into our services. By working together, we ensure we constantly strive to become the “best rural housing association in the country”.
Our panel meets bi-monthly with our leadership team and key colleagues to discuss current performance.
