Lee Sugden

Lee brings a wealth of social housing experience to Broadacres including 6 successful years as CEO of Salix Homes in Salford, where he led the sectors response to the Grenfell tragedy.

Prior to that Lee was Finance Director of WDH (now Vico Homes) in Wakefield for 13 years. For the last 5 years Lee has been working in interim and advisory roles across social housing, sharing his experience and passion for the work that we do with a wide range of Housing Organisations.
