Personal statement:

Special interests include how risk is managed culturally within organisations, understanding how both individuals and organisations can learn and adapt to new situations and the use of coaching/mentoring to drive fresh insights and change behaviour.

My experiences have given a unique insight into the changing housing requirements of an ageing population. A career in the insurance sector means I look at risks and opportunities in a structured, analytical manner, which helps Boards make informed decisions. Born in Yorkshire, but it feels like I’ve worked everywhere, it’s great to be back!

Interests:

Love cinema/theatre, food, wine and travel.

Date of election to Board:

May 2018
