How to apply
Please submit a completed application form in
response to a specific advertisement. Please note curriculum vitaes
are not accepted in place of an application form.
All advertisements give a closing date and we
do not accept applications received after the closing date, without
prior agreement with the Human Resources Department.

If you have submitted an application form and
are wondering what happens next, the following information will
help you understand our recruitment process.
What happens after the vacancy has closed?
When the vacancy has closed, we check all the applications
received and remove the Diversity monitoring and Medical
information.
Any applications received after the closing date may not
accepted.
Shortlisting
All the applications are then forwarded to the Selection Panel
within 2 days for shortlisting. In this process the Selection Panel
assess each application form and consider the supporting
evidence which shows how each applicant can undertake the
duties as given on the Job Description and Person Specification.
This process normally takes place within one week of the vacancy
closing.
Invite to Interview
Once all the applications have been shortlisted, the successful
candidates will be written to, offering the opportunity to attend
an interview. We try, where possible, to give one weeks notice of
the interview and a guidance date for interview is given in the
welcome letter contained in the application pack.
Our interview process also may include a presentation, skills
test or a report and these details will be given in the invite to
interview letter.
Unsuccessful Applicants
If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of the closing date
of the vacancy, then you can assume that you have not been selected
for interview.
All applicants who are unsuccessful after interview will be
notified in writing.
All applicants whether interviewed or not can contact us and
receive feedback on why they were unsuccessful.
