In April 2008 we started new repairs contracts and are working with our contractors to continue to improve the service.

All repairs are categorised dependent upon their nature, into different response times:

Emergency	made safe within 24 hours
Urgent	completed within 5 working days
Standard	completed within 15 working days

Our contractors make appointments to carry out internal urgent or standard repairs. At present this is for a morning or afternoon slot. For certain repairs we may be able to offer an early evening appointment.
