Tenants groups
Tenants sounding board
This is a group of tenants who have agreed that we can consult
them on a range of issues, for example a proposed change of policy
or service, 3 or 4 times a year we will send some information to
read and a postal survey.
Tenants liaison group
This is a group of tenants who meet with us every three months
to give their views on a wide rage of issues about our services and
publications.
Tenant board members
Broadacres is governed by a Board of
Management which is made up of 12 non executive directors.
Four of these directors are tenants of Broadacres. As a board
member you will be directly involved in the governance of the
association and be committed to Broadacres policies, aims and
corporate objectives. Meetings are held six times a year,
usually on a Monday evening.
Tenant board members retire from office on a
rotation basis, but are eligible for re-election if they want to
continue to be a board member. When an election is due, we will
make this known and ask for nominations. If more than one
tenant is nominated, we will hold a ballot.
