Could you make an application to Broadacres Community Development Fund?

Did you know we have a small grants fund to assist community based projects in areas where we have housing?

If the answer to all the following questions is ‘yes’ then you should consider applying to our community development fund:

• Do Broadacres own housing in the parish/town where the project takes place? Currently we have housing in parts of North Yorkshire, Hambleton and Darlington.
• Is your organisation a registered charity, voluntary or community group that operates on a not for profit basis?
• If successful could you spend the grant within one year?
• If successful could you provide evidence that some of the funding for your project comes from another source i.e. is match funded?

The maximum amount of grant we can award is £500.
