Victim Support Charter signed

Broadacres has teamed up with North
Yorkshire Victim Support to create an Anti-Social
Behaviour Victim Support Witness Charter which is designed to
support any of its customers who have been repeat victims of
anti-social behaviour.
The Anti-Social Behaviour Victim Support and Witness Charter
provides free, confidential, support and information to help
tenants cope with the effects of crime and anti-social behaviour.
In addition, if they are required to attend as a witness at court,
Victim Support will arrange for someone to accompany them around
the court and to explain how the legal process works.
Broadacres is committed to tackling all
forms of anti-social behaviour and harassment on its estates,
ensuring it does not interfere with a tenants’ right to peaceful
enjoyment and quality of life in their own home.
