Broadacres Achieves Customer Service Excellence Award

Broadacres is proud to announce that
it has been awarded the 'Customer Service Excellence Award'
following an assessment carried out in January by the Cabinet
Office's assessor.
The Customer Service Excellence award
replaces the 'Chartermark' award, which the association has held
for a number of years and raises the standards which successful
applicants have to achieve.
The assessor was satisfied that
Broadacres puts its customers at the forefront of everything it
does and uses their feedback to inform policies and
procedures. He noted in his report that "There is a culture
of customer orientated service and this can be seen at all levels
across the organisation".
Paul Lightfoot, Director of Care
Services, said, "Delivering the best service possible to our
customers is of the utmost importance to Broadacres. It is
therefore pleasing to have this recognised by an independent
assessor. This is an award that all staff can take pride
in".
