Broadacres Housing Association provides a
comprehensive range of services to almost 5,000 homes in North
Yorkshire. Broadacres operates under charitable rules and has a
governing body of twelve volunteers including four tenants of
the association.
We are committed to a policy of equal access to information and
services. We subscribe to the ‘Language Line' translation and
interpretation service, this means that we are able to offer
translation and interpretation facilities to customers. If you
would like to receive any of our information in another language or

which suit people with varied needs and aspirations

Unfortunately, we do have long waiting lists
for some areas and may not be able to offer you a home in some
areas for quite some time.

Care / support Services:
We provide a range of support services to
different client groups including persons with mental health
problems, learning disabilities, older persons, people with
physical disabilities, those fleeing domestic violence, people
suffering from alcohol and substance misuse and the homeless.
