Open market sale
Occasionally, Broadacres has properties available for open
market sale. These homes are usually newly built and within larger
developments that include different housing options.
Open market sale is where we sell a property for it's full
market value.
In some cases, purchasers must meet local connection criteria to
qualify to purchase the home. This also applies to subsequent
purchasers.
We do not currently have any properties available for Open Market
Sale.
