A speedy, effective and flexible response to telephone enquiries
is provided by our high-tech contact centre based at Broadacres
House, Northallerton. Calls are handled by a team of experienced,
well trained staff who give advice, information and handle requests
for repairs around the clock.
The services are available to other organisations and
indeed several housing associations and local authorities currently
use Broadacres contact centre to manage their out of hours repairs
processing, message handling and community alarm services.
- The service provides a free phone number for all Broadacres'
tenants
- Recent surveys have shown 95% of tenants who responded were
satisfied with the overall service provided by Broadacres.
- The contact centre received 180,000 calls during 2008/9, 70% of
these calls were answered within 20 seconds.
