What is sheltered housing?

Broadacres has a number of appartments that have been designated as sheltered housing where a member of staff is available to provide support.

This accommodation is allocated to people with particular support or health needs.

Where is our sheltered housing located?

We have sheltered housing in the following locations:

• Northallerton - 1 & 2 bedroomed appartments
• Romanby - 1 & 2 bedroomed appartments
• Thirsk - 1 bedroomed  appartments

In addition to sheltered accommodation we also have a wide range of bungalows and appartments suitable for older people where you can receive the older persons support service.
