We provide services to over 2000 people, employing over 100 staff. The services are provided to our tenants in specialist and general housing, as well as owner occupiers and tenants of both private sector landlords and other Housing Associations. Our services are dynamic and innovative and are designed to promote independence and improve quality of life and wellbeing.

We do this by:

• Listening to and acting on service user individual needs and demands.
  
• Working with other partners, both statutory and voluntary agencies.
  
• Ensuring our staff are highly trained through partnerships with nationally recognised training organisations.
  
• Having robust quality assurance systems.
  
• Being involved in both local and national policy and best practice development.

Older Persons Services including Hambleton Lifeline - our 24 hour support service for older or vulnerable people.

ABLE our Day Care Service.

Vale and Dale our Home Improvement Agency.
