About the board
The board of management is responsible for the governance
of the association. Their role is to:
- determine and monitor the strategic direction of the
association
- agree and set policies
- monitor operations and performance
The board of management
The board of Broadacres housing association is made up of 12
members as follows:
- four tenant board members of the association
- six independent board members
- two board members nominated by Hambleton district council
Board members retire from the board by rota, but they can be
re-elected. We do not set overall maximum terms of office for
individual board members.
