How to pay
There are various ways to pay your rent, service and other charges, we prefer you to pay by Direct Debit or Standing Order as it costs us less to process this type of payment. However, there are many other options for you to make a payment to us, click here for the leaflet.
Whichever method you choose, remember it’s your responsibility to make regular payments. When making a payment you will need your rent reference number, which is shown on your tenancy agreement, rent statement or swipecard.

Rent is the Association's main source of income and we will take action to recover the money if tenants fall behind with their rent payments. If you cannot pay your rent please contact us as early as possible so that we can agree a way to repay the outstanding amount by reasonable instalments. All of the Association's housing management staff are trained to assist you in managing and maximising your income wherever possible.
Our leaflet 'Get in touch - not in debt' explains the help that we can offer and also the action that we will take if you do not pay.
If you do need extra help see our Money & Welfare section.
Many of our tenants are eligible for Housing Benefit and again, our staff will be happy to provide advice and guidance in completing Housing Benefit application forms. We will also, where you have given permission for us to do so, liaise with your council on your behalf.
Housing Benefit application forms are available from your local council. You can also check if you may be eligible for Housing Benefit by using one of the benefits calculators available on the council's website.
