Tenant Groups
Tenants Sounding Board
This is a group of tenants who have agreed that we can consult them on a range of issues, for example a proposed change of policy or service, 3 or 4 times a year we will send some information to read and a postal survey.
Tenants Liaison Group
This is a group of tenants who meet with us every three months to give their views on a wide rage of issues about our services and publications. Click here to see the groups terms of reference.
Tenant Board Members
Broadacres is governed by a Board of Management which is made up of 12 non executive directors. Four of these directors are tenants of Broadacres. As a board member you will be directly involved in the governance of the association and be committed to Broadacres policies, aims and corporate objectives. Meetings are held six times a year, usually on a Monday evening.
Tenant board members retire from office on a rotation basis, but are eligible for re-election if they want to continue to be a board member. When an election is due, we will make this known and ask for nominations. If more than one tenant is nominated, we will hold a ballot.

Other Groups
There are also a number of focus groups that meet to discuss specific issues, for example older person’s services, repairs and maintenance, anti social behaviour etc. If you are interested in any of these groups you can contact Emily Thomas:
