We will regularly inspect our estates to make sure that: .

• we are keeping to our standards;
• tenancy agreements are being adhered to; and
• other problems are passed onto the relevant agencies.

Local monitors

What does becoming a local monitor involve?

• You volunteer to walk around your estate or area with your Estate Officer at a mutually agreed frequency. You are also welcome to attend estate walkabouts.
• You will help point out and comment on issues that need tackling; for example, better maintenance of the landscaped area; the need for fencing or additional car parking spaces.
• There may be some local issues that you would like to tackle directly with the support of other people living in the area eg. community litter pick, developing a community garden etc.
