We aim to make sure that the property you are moving into is safe, clean and fit to live in.

Our lettings standard sets out the condition that your new home will be in.

Some minor repairs may need to be done soon after you move in. If this is the case, we will have told you what needs to be done.

Also, there may be some programmed work, such as a new kitchen or bathroom suite, that is due to be completed during the first few months of your tenancy. Again we will let you know if any such work is planned.

We will contact you within 4 to 6 weeks of you moving into your new home to make sure that any outstanding repairs have been completed and to check that you have no other concerns.
