When is your rent due?

Your rent is due each week in advance, but if you want to pay at longer intervals, for example, every month, you should make sure that you make payments in advance. Please allow two working days for your payment to be received by us.

On some occasions we use a company called Allpay.net to process the payments you make to us and you might see the name Allpay appear on your bank statement.

You can also pay quickly and conveniently by Direct Debit. Please see below.

If you are ever unsure if it is a genuine payment made to Broadacres please check the amount and date paid, if you are still unsure please ring our Contact Centre.

Pay your rent now using 'My Account'

You can pay your rent using ‘My Account’. If you have never used ‘My Account’ before registering is simple and allows you access to your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Set up a Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easy and convenient way to pay. With Direct Debit your payment comes out of your bank automatically and there’s no need to contact us to pay. You can set up your Direct Debit by downloading and completing a paper Direct Debit form and posting it to us at:
