A speedy, effective and flexible response to telephone enquiries is provided by our high-tech customer service centre based at Broadacres House, Northallerton. Calls are handled by a team of experienced staff who give advice, information and handle requests for repairs around the clock.
Our customer service centre handles all phone contact between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturday. Outside of these hours your queries are answered by staff in our 24 hour telecare centre.
- The service provides a free phone number for all Broadacres' tenants.
- Recent surveys have shown 93.5% of tenants who responded were satisfied with the overall service provided by Broadacres.
- During 2010/11 the customer service centre dealt with 83% of all calls at first point of contact.
- The contact centre received 86,996 calls during 2010/11, 70% of these calls were answered within 20 seconds.
