Our aim is to work alongside people who have a range of needs, supporting them to achieve their individual potential by empowering them to be respected as people, living an ordinary life in the community.
Set in its own landscaped garden and overlooking picturesque parkland, Rockliffe Court presents a relaxed communal atmosphere. It provides self contained accommodation and community facilities and 24 hour support and care for people with physical disabilities.
All eighteen bungalows are built to wheelchair standard and all have a garden.
