Benchmarking is a process we use to compare our performance with other organisations.

It allows us to see those areas of our service where we are performing below the level of  other organisations. We can then contact these organisations to compare the way they provide services and find out how ours can be improved.

We carry out our own satisfaction surveys and compare the results with similar organisations. The latest results show that our customers are really happy with the services we provide.
